High Season (December 1st - April 30th):
$300 per day $2,000 per week

Low Season (May 1st - November 30th):
$250 per day $1,650 per week

All prices quoted are in US dollars and include taxes.
Minimum stay 3 nights.

Reservations policy
All reservations must be made a minimum of 15 days prior to the date of the arrival. A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation no less than 15 days prior to arrival. The other 50% must be paid at the time of arrival. The payment method accepted is a direct deposit. A $300 damage deposit is required prior to occupancy and will be fully returned at the time of departure if no damages/losses occur .

Cancellation & return policy
Once the reservation is confirmed, all cancellation notices will have a charge of 20%, except in the following cases:

• 25% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 21-30 days prior to the date of the reservation.
• 50% of the deposit amount if the notice is received from 15-20 days prior to the date of the reservation.
• 75% of the deposit if notice is received from 7-14 days prior to the date of the reservation.
• 100% of the deposit if notice is received from 1-6 days prior to the date of the reservation.

Early departures can not be refunded.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and INCLUDE MAID SERVICES and tax.
